HARWICH – Tyler DeWaltoff scored four goals yesterday as the Cape Cod Academy boys soccer team qualified for the postseason with a 6-0 Cape & Islands League victory over Cape Tech.

Cape Cod Academy reaches end of the road in Division 3 semifinals
For the second straight year, the Cape Cod Academy boys tennis teams quest for a state championship and an undefeated season came to a halt in the Division 3 state semifinals. This time, the Seahawks lost 4-1 to a strong Weston team 4-1. Last season ended with a loss to Hamilton-Wenham, which, interestingly, lost this year in the North sectionals to Weston.

350 rally on Cape after chabad break-in (The Jewish Advocate)
The Barnstable and Hyannis communities held a rally this week in response to a hate crime against Jews allegedly perpetrated by three local high school boys. According to police, the boys broke into the Chabad Center of Cape Cod in Hyannis on Nov. 5, defaced the walls and threw religious objects on the ground.
